Client Success Manager (Digital), Media Account Services

Health Union, LLC is in need of a motivated and passionate full-time Client Success Manager (CSM) to support Media Account Services team.

The CSM is responsible for managing day-to-day communications between agency clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client media campaigns. In addition, the CSM will work closely with the Media Account Development (MAD) team to monitor campaign initiatives and performance, while providing outstanding customer service.

To be successful, the ideal candidate must have outstanding project management skills, be passionate about digital media, and have a proven track record of successful client management.  It is also essential that this candidate be a data-driven decision-maker with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, who can excel in a fast-paced, award-winning organization.

The CSM is a full-time position, located at Health Union offices in Philadelphia (center city). Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Location:    Philadelphia, PA
Reports to:  Senior Director, Media Account Services

  • Deliver excellent client services and develop strong working relationships by serving as day-to-day liaison with media agencies

  • Ensure optimal performance of all campaigns (direct email, custom content centers, display, etc.) by constantly monitoring and strategizing with agency clients on optimization recommendations
  • Conduct pre- and post-analysis of all client campaigns and 3rd-party tracking
  • Be liaison to agencies’ third-party vendors (eg, fulfillment, creative production, CRM, market research, ad verification partners)
  • Manage insertions orders and invoices
  • Manage the receipt and deployment of creative and tags from clients
  • Implement client service processes and procedures
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting process for assigned platforms
  • Support media Request for Proposal (RFP) processes as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising
  • 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital advertising agency, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare marketing required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations/projects via multiple platforms: eg, email, internal, multiple stakeholders, etc.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Responsible, accountable and willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional client service
  • Able to excel with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of web analytics is a plus
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
